Our shipping team is dedicated to getting your new case from our warehouse to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
Speed is our priority. Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.
- Custom & Personalized Cases: Because these items are made to order just for you, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before they are shipped.
- Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed on weekends or during major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a variety of shipping methods to fit your schedule and budget. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
- Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery times vary by country and customs clearance).
Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders .
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your case is on its way, you won’t have to guess where it is. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship our cases to over worldwide countries. For international orders, please be aware that your country’s customs office may impose import duties, VAT, or local taxes. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address & Re-Routing
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at uhjub18641@atminmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address or re-route the package.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
While we partner with reliable carriers, occasionally a package may go missing. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your case, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact our support team, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
