1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your package is delivered. If you are not 100% satisfied with your case, you can return it for a full refund or swap it for a different design or model, provided it meets our eligibility criteria.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Like-New Condition: The case must be free of scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear.
- Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original branded packaging, including any inserts or protective films.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or invoice must be included.
3. Exchanges (The “Wrong Model” Fix)
We know that with so many phone models out there, it’s easy to accidentally order the “Pro” instead of the “Pro Max.”
- Easy Swap: If you ordered the wrong size, simply contact our support team. We will help you identify the correct model and set up an exchange.
- Price Difference: If the new case has a different price point, we will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance before shipping the new item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Our quality control team inspects every case before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect:
- Please notify us at uhjub18641@atminmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include a clear photo of the damage and your order number.
- We will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you, and you won’t even need to send the defective one back.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom/Personalized Cases: Any case featuring your own photos, custom text, or specific monograms is final sale.
- Final Sale Items: Products purchased from our “Clearance” or “Last Chance” sections.
- Used Screen Protectors: Once the adhesive film has been removed, screen protectors cannot be returned.
6. How to Start Your Return
- Request a Return: Email us at uhjub18641@atminmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number].”
- Ship the Item: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
